Last Sunday (240509), We met up at a Korean restaurant at Ngee Ann City - Crystal Jade Ginseng Chicken and BBQ. Are you aware of this restaurant? I wasn't. It was recommended by Michelle through a very coincidental approach. Michelle smsed me the day before asking me what would I like to have. In my mind, I was thinking about Chinese food, so i thought of Crystal Jade at Ngee Ann City. But suddenly, i felt the taste of KimChi in my tongue, immediately i change my reply to Korean food..Haha..1 min later *ting ting*, "There's 1 Crystal Jade Korean restaurant @ Takashimaya. wanted 2 try it out for a long time..They have Korean Ginseng Chicken soup & other dishes too..." Didnt we meant to be good friend?? I certainly felt so..
As you can see from the picture, we ordered the Authentic Ginseng Chicken soup (which is said to be the "MUST HAVE" dish), pork collar (we can choose to grill it ourselves or have the chef to cook it for us) and a Sauteed Mushroom with Veggies. The soup also comes with some complimentary side dishes and the Kimchi is really good!! I will give 4.5 out of 5 stars!! Overall, the taste is good, just that the portion is a lil too big for us to finish. We spend around $82 for this meal. Though quite expensive but it's enjoyable cause of Michelle's presence.
After a fulfilling dinner, we shifted our butts to IndoChine. Wanna sit down and have a nice chat with her. She has been quite upset about certain things recently. I could understand how she feels, but i certainly believe she is 100 times more upset than i am. I really hope that time will heal her pain. Love you darling, must take good care of yourself ya ; )
Another thing that i like about IndoChine is the live band. I dedicated Now and Forever. They did it well.
Last but not least, these photos are taken with Canon Ixus. My compact camera is with me all the time to ensure that i don't missed any precious moments. Photos are here to last a lifetime...
